C360 are already well known in the hospital running the Home from Hospital and Befriending Service with partners.
The café located within the PCC offers a wide range of hot and cold food including; jacket potatoes, paninis, toasties and handmade sausage rolls, not forgetting confectionery and cakes. We also serve tea and freshly ground coffee.
Our café is open 8am till 4pm Monday to Friday.
Thursday Walk for Wellbeing
On Thursday we are joined by our Walk for Wellbeing walkers who come to the café for a well deserved cuppa after their walk.
The Highwoods walk is held on Thursdays 10:30 – 12:30 starting from the Chanterelle car park CO4 9RY

Monthly Seniors’ Coffee Morning
Our monthly Seniors’ Coffee Morning is held on the first Wednesday of the month at the café. Come along for a free cuppa and chat. All are welcome!
(Refreshments kindly provided by Nurseplus Care at Home)
There will be representatives from the Dementia Action Alliance, Nurseplus Care at Home and others available to answer questions.
