The award-winning* Lion Corner Community Shop is situated in the heart of Abberton and Langenhoe. It is entirely run by dedicated volunteers many of whom work there on a regular basis. The shop is a successful, friendly and welcoming environment and volunteers find working there hugely rewarding.
They are now seeking additional volunteers to join the team.
Vacancies are available for volunteers to work on regular shifts or on an occasional pre-arranged ‘ad hoc’ basis filling gaps on the rota when regular volunteers are not available. There are also opportunities for volunteers to assist in other ways, such as stock collection and general administration. Full training is provided.
