Colchester City Council is inviting visitors to Castle Park to take part in a survey to help shape the future of the award-winning attraction. And as a ‘thank you’ four lucky winners will win a Putt in the Park game!

The survey, which runs for six weeks from 24 July 2023, will ask visitors about their experience of the park, including their favourite features, what they would like to see improved, and how often they visit.

The feedback from the survey will be used to help the council plan for the future of Castle Park and ensure that it continues to meet the needs of the community.

Cllr Martin Goss, Portfolio Holder for Neighbourhoods and Waste, said: “We want to provide the very best experience for everyone who visits Castle Park. That’s why we’re asking for their feedback, so we can make sure the park is meeting their needs.

“The survey is a quick and easy way to have your say, and we would encourage all visitors to take part.”

To complete the survey, visit www.colchester.gov.uk/castle-park-survey. Park rangers will be around and about asking people to complete the survey using either a tablet or a phone they will be carrying. A tablet will also be available in the Visitor Information Centre for people to complete the survey. All entries will be entered into a competition to win one of four games of Putt in the Park for up to four people.

The survey closes on 14 September 2023.
