The SOS bus has been in Witham last week, helping those in need of assistance or signposting to other agencies.
The SOS Bus is managed by the charity Open Road and supports people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, street drinkers or drug users, as well as anyone in need of guidance for issues including housing, domestic abuse, debt and mental health, or those who are in contact with the criminal justice system.
It will be back in June at the following locations:
Braintree town centre in Market Place – 7 June- 10am to 3pm
Witham Community Hub – 21 June- 10am to 3pm.
