Essex districts have either above the national average suicide rate or equal to the national average of13 people per 100,000 will take their own life.
5,583 suicides were registered in 2021 in England and Wales, 6.9%higher than in 2020(5,224 deaths), and equivalent to an age-standardised mortality rate (ASMR) of 10.7deaths per 100,000people.
Why you should join the training

This training is fully funded, and therefore FREE for any participants, who work or live within North Essex (Colchester & Tendring Districts)
Each workshop lasts for 4 hours and refreshments will be provided, most of the venues come with free parking too.
