As demand for health and care continues to rise, so too must efforts to recruit more staff across all roles and professions. A new campaign is being developed to support local recruitment. The brand aims to inspire people to work for the NHS or social care within Essex, even if they hadn’t considered a job in health or social care before.
Please help by sharing your thoughts on the campaign concepts so far.
During the survey, you will see four advert concepts and will be asked a series of questions relating to these. These concepts are just draft examples, so please bear this in mind when providing your answers.
The advertising will be aimed at a wider range of people considering a job within the NHS or social care in Essex. For the purpose of this research exercise, you need to think about being ‘open to working for the NHS or social care’ for one of the following reasons:
1. A medical related student
2. A career starter or changer
3. A registered clinical professional
4. An existing health and care worker seeking progression
5. A health and care retiree or returner
