The Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Team at Essex County Council are running a Men4MentalHealth course starting on the 16th April. It is for any man feeling low, experiencing a lack of motivation, loss of direction, struggling in their relationships or struggling in any other way with their mental health.

The course is FREE and open to any man living in Essex (excluding Southend and Thurrock) aged between 18 and 65. It will be running over 6 consecutive weeks, on the following dates:

  • 16 April – 5pm to 7pm
  • 23 April – 5pm to 7pm
  • 30 April – 5pm to 7pm
  • 7 May – 5pm to 7pm
  • 14 May – 5pm to 7pm
  • 21 May – 5pm to 7pm

Men can either attend in person or virtually. If wanting to join virtually, they can attend the session using their mobile/laptop/computer/tablet from the comfort of their own home and join with members at the in-person session.

The in-person session will be held at Harlow family solutions:
