A Government-funded grant scheme, designed to support households most impacted by rising energy bills and people living in hard to heat homes, has opened to applications.
You could be eligible for a Home Upgrade Grant if:
- Your home is not heated by mains gas or is hard to heat
- You have a household income of less than £31,000 per annum
- You are receiving income related benefits
- You live in an area of Index of Multiple Deprivation
The scheme aims to deliver energy-saving improvements to the homes of people who struggle to pay their heating bills and keep their homes warm in the winter.
