Going to the doctor or being admitted to hospital can be a worrying experience if you are autistic.
During the Hear Me See Me group sessions Autism Bedfordshire listen to healthcare experiences of autistic adults across the East of England and discuss ways to improve services.
Each session will have a main topic to discuss which will be shared before the meeting.
The group is kind, compassionate and encouraging – there is no pressure to speak.
