FREE basic life support workshops are on offer as part of the programme of events around The Knife Angel’s visit to Colchester in October.
Spaces are limited for the four workshops being held at the Colchester Arts Centre on 8, 9, 23 and 26 October so will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
They are being delivered by Colchester Community First Responders – a group of volunteers who give their time freely to help care for people and save lives. To book your place visit www.colchester.gov.uk/knife-angel
The Knife Angel arrives in the City of Colchester on Sunday for the whole month of October.
The iconic sculpture, created to raise awareness of the issue of knife crime and its impact on society, serves as a memorial to victims who have lost their lives to knife violence.
