Cycle for Pleasure Colchester have regular bike rides that are free to join.
Introductory ride – Wednesdays 11am – A leisurely ride, mainly off-road and aimed at new and returning riders wishing to improve their health.
Intermediate ride – Mondays 10:30am – Longer route at a faster pace aimed at intermediate and more experienced riders.
