Child Exploitation Awareness Day takes place on 18 March 2024 – the Essex Risk in the Community team are offering a week of lunchtime learning sessions which will take place daily from 12:00 – 12:45 on the week beginning 18 March 2024. These sessions are for anyone working with children and families across Essex.
Topics include ‘What young people have been telling us’, ‘Understanding the perspective of parents/carers/siblings’, when to reach out for a case discussion, the role and responsibilities of professionals, and National Referral Mechanism referrals.
