Carers Week 2023 is running from 5-11 June and it’s an opportunity to show support for the millions of people who have caring responsibilities for a friend of family member across the UK. In Essex there are at least 125,000 people who have caring responsibilities.
The theme for Carers Week 2023 is ‘Recognising and Supporting Carers in the Community’. Communities in Essex and across the UK can come together to recognise the huge contribution that unpaid carers make to families and in our communities.
So how can you help? Why not take a look at the resources on the UK Carers Week website and consider printing off and displaying one of their posters
