Thinking about care for loved ones at end of life.

St Helena hospice is able to spend time with local groups, clubs or networks, aimed at providing the knowledge, guidance and practical skills to help people care well for others now or in the future.

These informative and free interactive sessions led by a trained nurse are for anyone, especially those who are – or could become – a caregiver for friends or family experiencing life-limiting illness.

Contact St Helena if you are interested in them visiting your group – with additional follow-on sessions available, depending on the groups wishes.

Topics covered include: Understanding incurable or life-limiting illness, using the significant care tool, advance care planning options, and being alongside a person the last phase of life.
