One Colchester is the local strategic partnership of Colchester Borough – a multi-agency group with representation at a level to determine the work plan with the ambition to make high level decisions and be in a position to break down operational barriers.  We are coming together this Winter to The purpose help Colchester residents who are most at risk from the cold. We’ll be running the One Colchester shop, visiting GP surgeries and medical centres and running roadshows across Colchester offering help and support to those in need.

We will provide the following activities:

 advice and support roadshows

 winter packs for vulnerable people

information on local services and organisations who can help and advise

details of befriending groups to reduce loneliness and isolation
