ONLINE Trustee Roles and Responsibilities

Beyond the pandemic, it is more crucial than ever that all trustees have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities. They need to be aware of their organisation’s strengths and weaknesses, the importance of their role in strategic and business planning and setting a forward course in maintaining and strengthening their organisation. They also need to understand how to support their staff and volunteers in facing the new challenges post-Lockdown.
