This 2 hour online course will look at how one can chair and take and present meeting minutes for online meetings so that they run successfully and that the minutes that are taken are concise, clear and meet legal requirements. Although the session will concentrate on chairing and taking minutes for trustees and sub-committee meetings, the skills learnt will be appropriate for a wide range of online meetings. This course will benefit:
· Those who are new or relatively inexperienced in chairing or taking minutes remotely
· Staff or others who have to chair online meetings
· Trustee board members or staff members who have to take minutes
· More experienced chairs and minute takers who may have never undertaken any training and who would like to use the course as a revision exercise.
