This 2-hour online workshop is designed for people who manage others and wish to develop their leadership skills to improve performance and manage workloads. Sometimes, staff have found themselves working in very unusual circumstances – remotely, or with a change of role – and that sense of ‘team’ and ‘role’ may have become somewhat skewed. This workshop considers how leaders can learn from the past year, work with their team to forge a path, manage their team through changes and rebuild their sense of team. This is a very practical workshop and participants will leave with a personal plan of action.
Participants will reflect upon and learn about:
- What we learned from the pandemic changes
- The possibilities for new ways of working
- How people react to change
- Co-design: taking your people with you
- The extra challenges of managing in a new model
- What’s always important as a manager
- Action planning for change
