“Laughter is the best medicine” To explore how laughter reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, keeps the mind positive and bonds people, come and try a session of laughter yoga. Anyone of any age or ability can benefit from the laughter exercises and breathing techniques. In this taster Jane Grafton from the Shipston Timebank will briefly explain the principles and lead a taster session. All are welcome, the exercises can be done seated by the computer and at the end there will be a short relaxation meditation.
