Are you or your carer in receipt of a Personal Health Budget? NHS England has funded Skills for Care to host a national survey to collect information about people’s experience of personal health budgets. By giving feedback, opportunities can be identified to improve and find out where people are having good experiences.
The survey can be completed by people who have a personal health budget or their carers. Taking part in the survey is optional and the information you give is confidential. Your answers will remain anonymous and only be used for the purposes of improving services.
There are 8 questions, which should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. The survey will close on 27 February 2023.
