The OutHouse is an Essex based LGBTQ+ charity, founded in 1979. An exciting opportunity has arisen for them to provide support for people who are trans, non-binary and gender questioning in Suffolk and North East Essex.
The OutHouse are looking for an experienced support worker, to work alongside their Trans+ Specialist Lead in delivering support, advice, and information. Creating opportunities for this community to connect with others from the Trans+ community.
The successful candidate will be a professional who is reliable, outgoing, and resourceful, with the desire to contribute their passion, skills, and experience in ensuring they provide the best possible support to the Trans+ community. Becoming a part of a positive and supportive team, delivering high quality sessions and an excellent all-round client-centred service.
