Salary: £27,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Signpost Tendring (SPT)
Accountable to: CEO
Liaison with: Staff, Volunteers, Participants, Coordinators, Stakeholders, Partner Organisations and Projects.
Context:
Signpost Tendring is based in Jaywick. Its purpose is to support people across Tendring who are experiencing disadvantage. Signpost deliver a range of projects and their own core service in order to help people overcome the broad spectrum of barriers they encounter. This enables welfare to work and improved prospects.

Job Purpose / Summary:
To manage all aspects of a Resource Centre based in Jaywick addressing the needs of the local community. Deliver services to the community of Tendring in line with Signpost’s objectives, funded projects and the Business Plan.
This is an exciting and challenging role with very diverse responsibilities. This includes but is not limited to working with a distressed person, project management fundraising for new initiatives.
You will be expected to lead and develop your team while ensuring that your centre is delivering the various services that are needed by the community.
Currently Signpost deliver multiple projects. You will be joining a management team where open mindedness and initiative are valued attributes. It is a role for the independent minded person who can shape their efforts to fit a broader strategy.
