Not for profit, schools and statutory organisations in the UK can apply for grants of between £300 and £800 to organise events, activities, and festivals that engage children and young people during the Great Big Green Week 2023. The Great Big Green Week is a nationwide celebration of action on climate change, taking place across the UK from 10th to 18th June 2023. The funding is being made available through the Save the Children – Children and Young People Climate Fund. The fund is especially interested in hearing from groups that work with or support children and young people who come from low-income families, have migrated to the UK, are from racialised communities, have experience of the care system, are LGBT+ or from an LGBT+ family, or are disabled or live with someone who is disabled. The closing date for applications is the 13th April 2023.
