You are welcomed to the next free dementia friendly music train event for people living with dementia and their carers, in celebration of the coronation of King Charles III
Witham to Braintree Railway Stations (Return Journey)
27th April 2023 1:15pm – 4:15pm
On the day:
1.15pm Arrive at Witham Station ready for prompt train departure
1.30pm Train leaves Witham Station (musical entertainment on board)
1.50pm Train arrives at Braintree Station
Travel to Braintree Town Hall. Guests can walk to the Town Hall, a 10 -15 minute walk away, or a minibus will be available to drive those who don’t wish to walk (names will be gathered in advance for the minibus option).
2.00pm Arrival at the Town Hall, decked out in Coronation themed decorations, for free light refreshments and more musical entertainment.
3.45pm Minibus leaves Town Hall transporting people back to Braintree train station. Those walking will need to leave a little earlier.
4.00pm Train departs Braintree Station for its return to Witham Station (musical entertainment on board).
4.16 Arrive back at Witham Railway Station.

Witham is an accessible train station with lifts to the platforms and ramps to get on to the train.
