Colchester City Council have received a development stage grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund to restore and repurpose Holy Trinity Church; Colchester’s oldest standing building.
They are seeking consultants to undertake preparation of Interpretation, Activity and Evaluation Plans for this exciting project.

Colchester City Council are seeking an experienced heritage Activity consultant to support the ‘Holy Trinity Church: New Community Hub’ Project, in Colchester. Supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Towns Fund. As part of this project, Colchester City Council are seeking the completion of a dynamic, detailed, costed, Activity Plan which accomplishes the aims of the project and can be accommodated within the constraints of the building and provide a range of engagement opportunities.

Colchester City Council are seeking an experienced heritage evaluation consultant to monitor and evaluate the ‘Holy Trinity Church: New Community Hub’ Project, in Colchester. Supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Towns Fund. As part of this project, Colchester City Council are seeking an evaluation consultant who will work with them to provide an independent overview of the delivery of the project; and design and deliver an independent evaluation of the project’s outcomes to The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
