The Cancer Community Partnership Fund has been made available by the Suffolk & NE Essex Integrated Care Board (SNEE ICB).

The purpose of the fund is to support the achievement of an increase in the proportion of those diagnosed with early-stage cancer (Stage 1 & 2). There is collectively £300,000 of funding available over two years across Suffolk & NE Essex (SNEE) – applications for one or two years’ funding will be considered.

The way in which this is proposed to be achieved is through the following four indicators:

  • Increased uptake of National Screening Programmes
  • Improved awareness of signs and symptoms of cancer
  • Reduced health inequalities and improved access for Inclusion Health across SNEE as relating to earlier diagnosis
  • Personalised Care
