Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT) wants to improve how people hear about NHS appointments and ongoing treatment. NHS Mid and South Essex, which plans and buys most local NHS services, is supporting the trust in this improvement work.
They would like to hear your experiences of receiving outpatient appointment letters. What you tell them in this survey will help more people get to the right place for treatment at the right time.

Your responses will remain anonymous. MSEFT and NHS Mid and South Essex will use what you tell them for training, analysis and reporting. NO information you share will contain any details that could identify you.
Any training or report created using the insight you provide may be available to both NHS staff and the public and include anonymous quotes taken from your responses.
