Armed Forces Covenant Trust Fund – One is too Many

The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust supports the Armed Forces Covenant by delivering funding programmes that create real change to Armed Forces communities across the UK. They are classed as a charity and a Non-Departmental Public Body, or NDPB, that looks after Armed Forces Covenant Fund, that the MOD contributes around £10M each year. I understand it was originally set up through libor funds.  They have set up a ‘One is Too Many’ programme to award grants of up to £300,000 to two-year projects that aim to reduce suicide risks within vulnerable veterans in a co-ordinated and targeted way.  It is only for existing Armed-Forces-supporting charities or CICs, but I thought it is worth mentioning here as some of you may know of Regimental Association or similar that may have a good idea but no funds to develop it…
