We currently have rooms available for hire within our office at Winsley’s House, between 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Situated in the heart of Colchester, our Grade II listed building boasts both location and character. Easily accessible by private and public transport with Colchester Town Centre station within walking distance.

Bright and airy, the rooms are based both on the ground and first floor and vary in size. Each of which comes with basic furniture, Broadband and Wifi, telephone lines complete with handsets, and access to a fully equipped kitchen.

Our friendly front desk team will take care of all your reception needs from the meeting and greeting of all your visitors, telephone answering to a post in / out service (additional services can be provided with prior arrangement).

  • Conference style – 14 people
  • Lecture style – 22 people
  • Laptop & smartboard available
  • Small self-service kitchen area

 

The Room can be arranged for a group discussion or Board Room style

A13 Hot-desking Room 1

  • First floor*
  • Conference style – 6 people
  • Lecture style – 10 people
  • Digital Projector

 

A15 Hot-desking Room 2

  • First floor *
  • Conference style – 6 people
  • Lecture style – 10 people

 

*Please note there is no lift access to the first floor.

All rooms are available for hire to any local charity, statutory, voluntary or community organisation on a daily, monthly or annual basis. Hot-desking is also available.

 

Additional Support Services

In addition, a range of supportive services can be provided to allow groups to maximise their use of the facility. These include:

  • Kitchen Facilities
  • Internet Access
  • Flipchart
  • Projector
  • Laptop to support presentations
  • Photocopying, Copy Printing and Laminating

(use of facilities will incur extra charges)

 

Cost per session  

(a session is either a morning or an afternoon)

  • Resident organisation – £10
  • Affiliated organisation – £15
  • Voluntary organisation – £20
  • Statutory organisation – £30
