Why would you want to work as a Walk Motivator?  Here’s why….

  • To truly make a difference to people’s lives

  • You want a job with real purpose

  • Experience of working with people with complex needs (we would welcome candidates with a mental health working background)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Empathy and emotional resilience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
