C360 Meeting Rooms
The meeting room at Winsley’s House, Colchester is available for hire to any local charity, statutory, voluntary or community organisation.
Able to hold 14 people with ease, our meeting room is a light, bright space with disabled access. The room can be arranged to enable small group sessions or larger discussions.
The Room can be arranged for a group discussion or Board Room style
Additional Support Services
In addition, a range of supportive services can be provided to allow groups to maximise their use of the facility. These include:
- Tea Urn
- Kitchen Facilities
- Internet Access
- Laptop to support presentations
- Photocopying, Copy Printing and Laminating
(use of facilities will incur extra charges)
Cost per session
(a session is either a morning or an afternoon)
- Resident organisation – £10
- Affiliated organisation – £15
- Voluntary organisation – £20
- Statutory organisation – £30
